Corn Palace Inn - Mitchell

The hotel's low rate offered a budget-friendly stay. The overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and uninviting.

Everything was great, excellent location near to the Corn Palace and a nice restaurant and Mitchell, accommodating staff.

We were really impressed with how smooth our late check-in went. Our key was ready and a staff member was there in minutes to help us settle in. The indoor pool was a nice chance to unwind, especially after a day of exploring, and the cozy seating area near it made for a perfect spot to relax with a book. The breakfast options were minimal, but it didn't ruin our great experience overall-definitely check it out 😊

The rooms offered are fashionable and modern with 3 queen beds and bathroom, as for instance. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The staff are polite and nice and provide a helpful service.

Hot Shots Espresso just around the corner offered some seriously bomb coffee to start the day, while Perkins Restaurant & Bakery had a breakfast spread that warms the soul, although not Michelin-star worthy. My Queen Room was way more spacious than I thought, complete with a fridge and microwave.

The place offers friendly staff and comfortable beds. The room was clean with good TV channels. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Late check-in was smooth and convenient.

During my road trip across the U.S. I enjoyed a peaceful stay here. And my Quadruple Room met all my needs perfectly. Some areas outside looked a bit shabby, but that won't stop my future visits!

Had a pleasant experience at this charming inn, where the staff notably went out of their way to send back my forgotten item without charge. The room was tidy, and the pricing was fair, especially with the military discount.

A Shocking Experience

Upon arrival, I was struck by the musty lobby smell. My room was a disaster, stained carpets and an uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast meant braving the elements to another building-a real hassle. I suggest looking elsewhere for a pleasant stay.

I stayed one night in a King Room and was impressed by the cleanliness and the superb customer service—the staff sent back my lost item for free! The price was also a great deal for the experience. however, the building could use some upgrades.

Just a good match for a quick stopover in Mitchell with reasonable price. The bed was sooo comfortable and made for a decent night's rest. A tip for others, keep your expectations low for breakfast options.
